S15 - 1/8th truck body - Fits, MBX8T, RC8T3, 8ight-XT, D8T, NT48 2.0

The S15 body style is a staple in the line-up at JConcepts. The IFMAR World Championship winning design has served well over the years, even spawning many look-alikes around the industry. Debuted at the Dirt Nitro Challenge, the S15 took off in the hands of Spencer Rivkin (RC8T4e) in the E-truggy class, and Ryan Maifield (Tekno NT48 2.0) in the nitro truck class. The versatile body, in addition to the previously mentioned, fits on an assortment of 1/8^thtrucks on the market including the MBX8T, 8ight-XT, D8T, and Sworkz vehicles. Some of the latest truck models incorporate features to accommodate the behind tower body mounts while others will need to rely on the JConcepts instructions on mounting technique or optional parts to complete the assembly. 

The bed of the body shell is carried over from the successful F2 but features the deep draw with surrounding geometry to protect and engine head while simultaneously allowing plenty of cooling access. The cab is redesigned, going to single window S15 treatment, the opposing angular window layout blends into the mid sidepod winglet so famous with this design. The roof features the center fin stabilizing structure to strengthen the cab while also providing some stability in forward tracking ability.

The package itself utilizes and includes the front nose cone which includes headlights and grille for ROAR legal competition. At the races – 

Recently, Ryan Maifield won the Silver State Indoor Championships event in Las Vegas, Nevada utilizing the new S15 body. The record turnout at the event brought out the fastest racers in the 1/8^th truck class. Dakotah Phend got things started by top qualifying the class with the new S15 body on his TLR 8ight-XT vehicle. In the main event, Dakotah and Ryan battled throughout the 45-minute race and in the end it was Maifield driving the Tekno with new JConcepts body shell who emerged victorious. #gojconcepts
